CTA Annual Meeting this Saturday!

About 6-12 inches of snow just fell on Mt Mansfield and it's time to think about skiing the Catamount Trail. To help you get in the mood, the Catamount Trail Association will be hosting its annual meeting this Saturday Nov 10th at Mad River Ski Area. The event will be sponsored by American Flatbread pizza and Orlio Organic Beer. Bill McKibben, the author of many books including The End of Nature, the first book for a general audience about global warming will be the guest speaker. "Endurance of All Kinds" will be the talk given by McKibben.
The schedule of events is :
1:30 pm - Hike to the top of Stark Mtn. for spectacular panoramic view
4:00 pm - CTA Business Meeting
4:30 pm - Bill McKibben talk
5:30 pm - Cash Auction, American Flatbread and beverages (cash bar), and new Catamount Trail video.
