Default New Web Site!

Hi Folks,

Check out the new site at www.catamounttrail.org and let us know what you think! Everyone at CTA is working hard to polish up and add more content and get everything ready for snow time.

The next big additions will be the new store (for Turtle Fur CTA hats, trail maps and guidebooks) and online, interactive trail maps. You can already get your membership online.

Think snow!
Paul

Question Events Calendar

Will the Events Calendar (when it's ready) be posted on the web site? I don't see an explicit link to it. p.s. the site is great looking, thank you all! I really like the smilies.

Hi Lynn and Paul, thanks for the feedback!

We are working on the links between the main site and the CTA News section here, and all of the events will go into the Calendar as well.

The Store is now fully on-line. It's actually been live for over a week, but we added some new items (like the t-shirts) and made some other revisions during last week.

Default Trail section descriptions

The new, revised trail descriptions are now on the web site as PDFs.

We'll be enhancing this whole section (along with the new maps--which may be done this week), but we wanted to make the updated descriptions available as soon as they were ready!

Default Maps are now up!

All of the hot-off-the-presses maps are now available as high-quality PDFs on each of the Trail Section pages:

The calendar is posted here (we had this set up a week or two ago):

Default Overview map is interactive

The overview map can now be used to navigate to the page for each trail section.

I'd like to make this map bigger, but it's as big as it can go and still fit on smaller/older computer screens--which about 17% of repeat visitors to the site appear to use.
